Complaint Resolution Print

If you have a complaint:


  1. Email customerservices@expatexplore.com with “Complaint” in the subject heading.
  2. Provide as much information as possible for the investigation process to take place.
  3. If your complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, you may escalate it to ABTA, the government-approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service.
